JUST Egg debuts latest formulation, with best flavor and performance ever

JUST Egg has announced the introduction of its newest version, marking the biggest single jump in flavor, texture and functionality since 2019 launch, according to the company. The new formulation is now available at stores across the USA, including Whole Foods, Sprouts, Walmart, Target, and Kroger.

Fans of JUST Egg will notice a cleaner flavor profile than previous versions, allowing the pillowy, creamy texture to shine through and providing a more neutral palette for dishes ranging from a simple scramble or omelet to a savory quiche or decadent strata. Baking applications such as breads, cookies, pancakes, muffins and crepes will also benefit from the new formula, which matches a conventional egg’s functionality even more closely than before, providing better binding and aeration for the most delicious plant-based treats yet.
