Kickstart Innovation extends its application deadline for the 8th iteration of its program to Sunday 4 June

Kickstart Innovation, one of Europe's leading open innovation platforms, has extended its application deadline for the 8th iteration of its program to Sunday 4 June 2023.

Kickstart helps to establish partnerships between scaleups (startups in an advanced stage of development), corporations, cities, and universities in the form of Proofs of Concept (PoCs); commercial projects, investments, and more to solve the challenges of today through innovation in science and technology.

Scale-ups active in Food & Retail and especially in are strongly encouraged to apply:

• Innovative product development and ingredients
• Alternative Protein & clean label solutions (meat, seafood, dairy, eggs)
• Sustainable packaging
• Retail automation
• Upcycling solutions from waste streams
• Other circular initiatives in the Food & Retail sector

Running since 2016, Kickstart has supported over 400 startups and facilitated +270 deals with startups from more than 80 countries, which have collectively raised over CHF2 billion (US$1.1 billion) in investments.
